• Maintaining up-to-date operating hours and contact information
• Ensuring all events and promotions comply with local laws
• Obtaining proper permissions for all uploaded images and content

When using our platform, you agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality
• Post spam, advertisements, or commercial solicitations without permission

Community Guidelines:

• Provide honest and constructive feedback based on personal experiences
• Do not post reviews containing hate speech, threats, or personal attacks
• Club owners may respond professionally to user reviews
• We reserve the right to remove inappropriate reviews or comments

Our Content:

• ActiveNightsOut trademarks, logos, and platform content are protected
• You may not use our intellectual property without written permission
• Platform code, design, and features are proprietary

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, descriptions, etc.)
• By posting content, you grant us license to display it on our platform
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to all uploaded content

You may not use our platform to:

• Promote illegal activities or substances
• Discriminate based on race, gender, religion, or other protected characteristics
• Operate fake or fraudulent venue listings
• Scrape, data mine, or copy platform content without permission
• Use automated systems to access the platform excessively

ActiveNightsOut provides a platform for nightlife discovery but:

• We do not operate the venues listed on our platform
• We are not responsible for user experiences at listed venues
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of all venue information
• Users are responsible for verifying event details with venues directly
• We are not liable for any disputes between users and venues

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Use
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Create multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Repeatedly post inappropriate content

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
